• Perform technical investigations, analysis, reports and testimony for purposes of litigation matters involving life care plans, including independent medical evaluations • Perform consulting services for Plaintiff and Defense firms, particularly in the context of personal injury litigation • Exhibit writing skills through the production of professional, clear, concise, grammatically correct, easily readable, and informative reports • Capable of taking large and/or medically complex files • Exhibit exceptional organizational and time management skills, prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines, and ensuring completion of assignments • Expanded knowledge of medical practices across multiple disciplines • Exhibit’s ability to obtain research data to support critical thinking, analyzes case information effectively • Performs position duties consistently and meets all assignment deadlines • Works independently and manages time/assignments well
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ Years of LCP experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building teams, developing services, and growing a business
- Functional in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, file sharing/email programs, Zoom/Teams
- Excellent written communication and research skills
- Exhibits critical thinking, meticulous organizational/time management skills
- Highly motivated, self-reliant and can function independently yet collaborative when necessary.

• Preparing and communicating preliminary and final budget estimates, design cost estimates, design-development cost estimates, and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) proposals, inclusive of value engineering • Defining the scope of work (SOW) by reviewing drawings and written SOW by internal and external engineers. • Managing the participation from subs to ensure coverage as well as qualifying the sub proposals for accuracy against the RFP SOW. • Creating and sending out RFPs through Procore to subs for bidding. • Managing relationships with designers, sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers to organize pre-construction efforts for each project • Attending on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits as required • Negotiating and reviewing bids from sub-contractors, reviewing scopes of work, and analyzing costs as bids are received • Developing and reviewing subcontractor scopes of work and accepting, reviewing, and analyzing subcontractor quotes for best value • Overseeing the pre-construction phase and producing budget estimates from the pre-concept design stage to the construction document stage • Developing and overseeing project schedules and workload priorities with pre-construction staff and organizing estimating schedules • Supporting ESG Operations Group with preparing and pricing change orders on awarded work on an as-needed basis
• Greeting patients and visitors, answering basic questions, and directing them to the correct departments • Maintaining patient records and updating their medical data, both manually and electronically • Organizing the paperwork and opening files for new patients • Verifying patients' insurance information • Assisting Doctors with patient examinations, as needed • Collecting and documenting patients' basic health information, including height, weight, and vital signs • Recording Doctors' orders regarding patient care and scheduling the appointments • Tracking inventory and ordering supplies • Maintaining employee timesheets and attendance records
