• This position is responsible for managing routine office duties such as maintaining paperwork, digital filing, typing reports, answering phones, assisting clients etc. • Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence. • Manage a small remote team. • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as need. • Attending meetings as and when required. • Compiling and presenting daily report. • Organising and managing daily task. • Manage sensitive information, or confidential legal documents. • Create and update databases and records. • From time to time travel to Rawalpindi and Islamabad as and when required for Procurement, Viewing sites, Meeting clients etc. • Ensure all given tasks are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
