• Providing full support to the senior management, included (but not restricted to): Multi-tasking binding reports, stocking and inventory of office supplies and other miscellaneous assignments. • Assisting with routine office and clerical duties including Maintaining paperwork, filing, special typing reports, scanning, copy jobs, relocating boxes, answering phones, assisting clients etc. • Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence. • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed. • Buying as per requirement as and when requested. • Attending meetings and working alongside the senior management. • Compiling and presenting daily report. • Organising and managing daily task. • Transport valuable or sensitive information, or confidential legal documents within Malaysia. • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company. • Create and update databases and records of all the expenses. • Track and replace office supplies, as necessary. • Ensure all given tasks are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. • Act as a focal point for the company as and when required.
Job Requirements
- At least a higher secondary /STPM /”A” Level/Pre-U and diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate diploma in any field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high degree of flexibility.
- Able to travel within Malaysia.
- Good problem solving, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language – fast typing skills.

• Greeting patients and visitors, answering basic questions, and directing them to the correct departments • Maintaining patient records and updating their medical data, both manually and electronically • Organizing the paperwork and opening files for new patients • Verifying patients' insurance information • Assisting Doctors with patient examinations, as needed • Collecting and documenting patients' basic health information, including height, weight, and vital signs • Recording Doctors' orders regarding patient care and scheduling the appointments • Tracking inventory and ordering supplies • Maintaining employee timesheets and attendance records
