• Design and implement enterprise content management solutions using: Hyland OnBase, Perceptive Content, ImageNow. • Develop ECM strategies, governance frameworks, and content lifecycle management processes. • Design scalable document management, workflow, and records retention architectures. • Install, configure, and administer Hyland platforms. • Build and support business workflows. • Integrate Hyland solutions with: Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, PeopleSoft, Workday, Salesforce, ERP, SIS, CRM, and HRIS platforms. • Lead migrations from legacy ECM systems. • Troubleshoot system issues and performance bottlenecks. • Mentor junior administrators and developers.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hyland ECM solutions.

Role Description In this exciting position, the Multimedia Content Reviewer will be writing and reviewing linguistic content in a language which they have a native level proficiency to ensure the highest quality of accuracy for customers using the world's foremost multimedia platforms. With time, the Multimedia Content Reviewer will become the cultural ambassador for their language market and will be expected to produce fully localized content and flag potential cultural issues with content types, wording and articulate suggestions to make all content appropriate and relevant for the target markets.
