Content Marketing Specialist

Role Description This position serves as the voice and brand steward of the credit union, responsible for creating, managing, and executing member-focused content across all marketing channels. This role ensures consistent messaging and tone across digital and traditional mediums including campaigns, websites, blogs, email, print, and member communications while bringing the brand to life in alignment with overall creative direction. The role also leads organic social media strategy and execution including content planning, posting, and online reputation management, and supports the successful delivery of marketing initiatives as business needs evolve. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - Three to five years’ experience in content marketing, copywriting, or social media management, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry. - Three to five years’ experience managing organic social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and reputation management. - Three to five years’ experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including writing, designing, and deployment. - One to three years' experience utilizing marketing analytics. - Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple channel audiences. - Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment across marketing and internal stakeholders. - Problem-solving ability. - Team player. - Decision-making skills. Requirements - Sedentary work. • This position services Insureds/Agents in and around Centennial, CO or Phoenix, AZ. • Handles 1st party property content claims with moderate to high severity, i.e. Major Case Unit losses. • Occasionally handles 1st party property claims of moderate complexity as assigned. • Completes field inspection of losses including accurate scope of contents damages, photographs, written estimates and/or computer assisted estimates. • Investigates and evaluates all relevant facts to determine coverage, damages and liability of first party property damage claims. • Secures recorded or written statements as necessary and works with proper business partners to maximize company resources for specialized investigation and evaluation. • Works with and effectively manages contents vendors involved with the claim i.e. textile, electronic and contents’ restoration vendors. • Negotiates with vendors or insured’s representatives. • Establishes timely and accurate claim and expense reserves. • Writes denial letters, Reservation of Rights and other complex correspondence. • Properly assesses extent of damages and manages damages through proper usage of cost evaluation tools. • Provides excellent customer service to meet the needs of the insured, agent, and all other internal and external customers/business partners. • May attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, pre-trials, trials and all other legal proceedings, as needed.
