• Efficient case handling: You will perform structured, operational processing and assignment of fines, parking tickets, missing vehicle documents and OEM recall campaigns in the system. • Independent authority management: You will evaluate and process incoming requests from authorities independently, prioritizing them by urgency and deadlines and ensuring timely responses. • Customer-focused complaint handling: You will handle customer complaints and inquiries related to traffic violations and documents independently, resolving cases professionally and with a service mindset. • Backlog optimization: You will keep the processing backlog at a minimal level through organized work methods and continuous ticket screening. • Process documentation & maintenance: You will document all cases precisely in our systems to ensure a complete history and maintain high data quality in fleet management. • Cross-team collaboration: You will work closely with the broader Operations and Fleet teams to identify recurring issues early and keep processes lean.
Job Requirements
- Solid training background: Successfully completed commercial training with an automotive focus (e.g., automotive sales clerks) or in office administration (e.g., insurance clerks, administrative specialists), or relevant professional experience with regular contact with authorities.
- Organizational talent & multitasking: Strong ability to handle multiple cases in parallel and efficiently, combined with a structured, independent and careful way of working.
- Self-organization in a remote setup: High degree of autonomy and pronounced ability to self-organize, both when working from home and in the office.
- Excellent language skills: Strong German language skills at an advanced level (C1–C2) to correspond professionally and in a legally secure manner with authorities.
- Job-specific prior experience: Initial practical experience in fine processing (e.g., parking and speeding violations) or in an automotive context (e.g., dealership, car rental, traffic monitoring).
- Additional language competency & remote skills: Good English skills (B1–B2) for internal communication in an international environment as well as initial experience in full remote work (home office).
