• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, collect, and validate data sources and analytics requirements • Design, develop, implement and maintain data systems and ETL/ELT processes that support data processing, data integration, and data transformation. This includes the set up and management of Digital Science’s Fivetran instance, as well as developing and maintaining code base in cloud functions/GBQ pipelines for API calls to non-Fivetran supported data sources • Develop and maintain data transformation and modelling processes using Dataform or dbt • Implement and maintain best practices for data governance, data security, and data quality, alerting systems and CI/CD processes • Play a central role in business system procurement and change management processes, to advise on the downstream impact for reporting and analytics of system modification, integration and implementation • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

• Design and build operational dashboards (Looker Studio / G-Suite ecosystem) • Structure data sources for reporting (Sheets models, imports, transformations) • Create lightweight automations using AppScript, Google Workspace integrations, Zapier, and similar tools • Support integrations between tools (HubSpot, Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace; nice to have: Productive) • Prepare clear documentation to hand over solutions to internal teams • Ensure high standards of data security, access control, and compliance • Provide technical consultation on best practices in data architecture and BI tooling

• Connect BI and Data areas with international offices • Translate business needs from different countries into structured visual and analytical solutions • Work in direct collaboration with teams of different nationalities • Use technical expertise in data visualization and strong communication skills to identify process optimization opportunities • Standardize metrics and improve the efficiency of commercial operations • Serve as the focal point for international offices on data-related matters • Lead scoping meetings (in English) to map local processes • Understand the user journey and translate complex business needs into technical specifications • Develop and maintain executive and operational dashboards and reports in Power BI • Structure report distribution in accordance with the company's governance and security rules • Conduct delivery presentations and training sessions for teams across the globe

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI. • Structure and model data using Power Query and DAX. • Perform integrations with multiple sources (SQL Server, Oracle, APIs, Excel, Azure, etc.). • Ensure data and report governance, security, and standardization. • Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements and define KPIs. • Support the definition of data architecture and BI best practices. • Conduct training and knowledge transfer for user teams. • Provide technical leadership for BI initiatives and mentor junior teams.
