Qualifications - Strong written and verbal (inter-personal) communication skills - Strong planning & organisational skills - Excellent time management skills - Attention to detail - Problem-solving skills - Relationship building & influencing skills - Previous experience working in retail (fashion) - Experience working in VM/Graphics/print media - Demonstrates an understanding of printing and layout processes - Experience with design programmes, Indesign, Photoshop and Microsoft office packages, Excel - Desk Top Publishing/Graphic Design experience - Relevant Tertiary qualifications - Relevant VM Qualifications - Intermediate Experience Requirements - Daily communication and alignment of priorities with the National Visual Merchandising Manager - Ensure all relevant VM communications to stores are consistent, accurate and delivered in a timely manner across Sportsgirl within required timeframes - Work with the Visual Merchandising Team on the successful implementation of monthly and ad hoc promotions - Forward plan out all creative elements for the season with the Visual Merchandising and Marketing Teams - Communicate regularly with Marketing Team to ensure all print elements required are provided to external suppliers within required timeframes - Manage end-to-end delivery of promotional materials for all stores and provide updates where required - Photograph, edit and compile the monthly VM document and any additional packages for Stores while ensuring all current checklists, Business Plans, and calendars are aligned - Manage all promotional material for all stores and windows as required in conjunction with external suppliers; including checking and approving all store dispatch proofs to ensure all artwork sizes, crops and quantities are correct - Work with the National VM Manager to source, manage and roll out any seasonal propping requirements for all stores - Assist National VM with top store concepts based on business needs by creating initial concept renders using Adobe Suite - Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to contribute to the Seasonal Business plan in relation to all VM activities - Plan all store campaign installations and promotional activities - Accurate management of monthly VM documentation - Propping information is accurate and up to date - Prop storage area and records maintained - VM filing system managed effectively - All promotional materials reflect the brand and personality - Follow DOA Benefits - Competitive salary - Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO - Work closely with a team of industry leaders who have successfully scaled BPOs in the past - Career growth and development opportunities Please attach your CV and we will be in touch for a confidential chat.
