• Tworzenie materiałów graficznych do działań marketingowych: landing pages, reklamy, banery, social media, prezentacje • Projektowanie i optymalizacja interfejsów produktowych oraz materiałów onboardingowych (UX/UI) • Udział w tworzeniu i rozwijaniu spójnego systemu wizualnego marki Responso • Współpraca przy produkcjach wideo i tworzeniu tutoriali (np. przygotowanie grafik, animacji, montaż). • Współpraca z zespołem contentowym, produktowym i developerskim przy realizacji projektów • Przygotowanie i eksport zasobów gotowych do wdrożenia (web, mobile, print) • Przeprowadzanie analizy UX i proponowanie usprawnień na podstawie danych i feedbacku użytkowników
Job Requirements
- Min. 2–3 lata doświadczenia w pracy jako designer (grafika + UX/UI)
- Imponujące portfolio prezentujące doświadczenie w projektowaniu banerów reklamowych, wiadomości e-mail marketingowych, grafik do social media, logotypów oraz projektów produktowych/interfejsów (UX/UI). Mile widziane są również infografiki, prezentacje i projekty do druku.
- Doskonała znajomość Figmy (to nasze podstawowe narzędzie pracy).
- Rozumienie specyfiki platform social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) w kontekście projektowania grafik marketingowych.
- Praktyczne doświadczenie w projektowaniu i optymalizacji reklam digitalowych (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) oraz śledzenie dynamicznie zmieniających się wymogów tych platform.
- Umiejętność tworzenia silnych key visuali i rozwijania spójnych koncepcji graficznych na potrzeby wszystkich formatów online (digital first).
- Sprawna obsługa Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) oraz co najmniej dobra znajomość Adobe After Effects.
- Umiejętność projektowania i tworzenia krótkich animacji (motion graphics) do celów marketingowych (np. reklamy wideo, animowane banery, treści na social media).
- Portfolio pokazujące zarówno pracę graficzną, jak i projekty produktowe / interfejsy
- Znajomość zasad UX, dostępności i user-centered design
- Umiejętność proaktywnego identyfikowania problemów wizualnych i produktowych oraz proponowania innowacyjnych i efektywnych rozwiązań.
- Dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność zarządzania kilkoma projektami jednocześnie (dynamika pracy i różnorodność projektów jest duża)
- Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i przygotowaniu do druku (DTP) materiałów offline, w tym elementów POS (Point of Sale) oraz wizualizacji stoisk targowych.
- Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
