• Manage complex issues escalated from our teams related to the Patient Access Curator suite of products. • Work with payers, trading partners, internal Experian Health technical teams, and our clients to resolve issues. • Troubleshoot issues related to the Patient Access Curator platform. • Troubleshoot complex payer issues. • Small to medium size project management and oversight. • Manage a large caseload of issues and questions escalated from Customer Support, and Relationship Management in Salesforce. • Work with clients through support cases, email, and telephone and meet with them to resolve issues. • Determine the severity and scope of issues, inquiries, and requests. • Manage and troubleshoot client and user payer configurations.

• Process and manage weekly purchase orders for broadloom samples and cuttings • Communicate with vendors regarding PO confirmations, lead times, and cost verification • Track open POs and proactively follow up to ensure goods have shipped and will be delivered on time • Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding incoming PO receipts and resolve discrepancies • Monitor shipment flow and handle situations where packages go missing or are only partially shipped • Set up new SKUs in internal systems, ensuring product data is complete and accurate • Maintain and update product data across relevant platforms and databases • Partner with the Merchandising Associate to audit and clean product information as needed

• Establish and maintain credible peer-to-peer scientific relationships with KOLs and HCPs. • Work closely with internal teams to provide scientific insights and support strategic initiatives. • Develop and deliver scientific presentations to healthcare professionals and internal teams. • Participate in the development and review of marketing and educational materials. • Serve as the primary resource for clinical and scientific information to external HCPs.

• Prepares, organizes, and maintains accurate, updated information in multiple electronic databases reflecting the entire history of a program participant including log of supportive services issued• Provides case management with a focus on helping SNAP E&T participants to prepare for employment that leads to self-sufficiency• Manages ongoing caseload and assists job seekers in retaining employment based on their skills, capabilities, and interests• Manage job seeker progress towards achieving goals by creating and updating plans• Schedule and conduct workshops, webinars, and other Job Readiness activities designed to prepare SNAP E&T participants for career opportunities• Coordinate with the Business Services team with online learning activities related to individual employment plans and goals, and monitors progress• Administer Pre/Post-test assessments• Conduct assessment of skills, aptitudes and abilities• Research and identify and deliver appropriate job coaching, mentorship, and support services as needed to help SNAP E&T participants overcome barriers• Ensure adequate preparation for all training activities• Interpret employer feedback to tailor case management and job coaching as needed• Work with the Business Services team to collaborate with area businesses, advisory groups, and agencies to encourage the further development of opportunities• Investigate and share ideas regarding post-secondary options and adult services and network with all appropriate community agencies and organizations• Develop rapport with SNAP E&T participants in order to mutually explore career options and interests• Encourage SNAP E&T participants to maintain career portfolios allowing them to document their learning and skill attainment• Work with SNAP E&T participants individually or in groups to problem solve employment issues• Perform other duties as requested
