Systems Analyst IV
Cleveland Clinic
• Maintain IT products, including planning and obtaining customer input and knowledge of the existing functionality and limitations • Serve as the technical expertise, providing guidance and direction to other professional staff and resolving complex problems • Participate in developing strategic plans for systems/applications development and modification within area of expertise • Review system requirements with customers and translate requirements into specific functions or deliverables • Analyze low chart processes and recommend ways to reduce steps and increase efficiency through technology
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin or related field and six years of system implementation experience
- Associate’s Degree and seven years of experience
- High School Diploma/GED and nine years of experience
- ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of hire
- Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills
- Understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts
- Knowledge of messaging technology
- Understanding of principles of client/server configuration
