Facilitate monthly S&OP cycles that unify demand, supply, inventory, and financial data into a single business plan; evolve S&OP maturity as the business grows. Partner with commercial teams to ensure a robust sales forecast translated into a meaningful demand forecast and executable demand/supply plans with documented assumptions and risks; report forecast accuracy. • Establish inventory strategies that optimize working capital while protecting service levels across channels and geographies. Define and govern safety stock policies, replenishment parameters, and slow/obsolete (SLOB) protocols. Improve inventory turns and provide clear visibility into inventory health and risk; own quarterly inventory review analysis and presentations to the CFO, CEO, and SVP of Global Operations. • Develop and nurture relationships with key suppliers to achieve quality, reduced lead times, and on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery at optimal cost. Report quarterly on inventory accuracy, liabilities, OTIF, and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Procurement and Quality on supplier performance, lead-time reduction, cost management, risk mitigation, material liabilities, and vendor onboarding/off-boarding. • Lead continuous improvement to enhance supply chain efficiency. Streamline workflows, reduce manual work, shorten lead times, lower costs/volatility, and improve forecast accuracy and planning cycle times. • Integrate sustainability objectives into supply chain operations to reduce carbon footprint and waste while promoting ethical practices and lower environmental impact. • Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks (e.g., material shortages, capacity constraints, geopolitical issues). • Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of fit-for-purpose planning data, analytics, insights, and processes, including ERP optimization and planning software enhancements. Ensure data accuracy for bills of materials, scrap rates, and active bill of material (BOM) items. Provide monthly KPI/risk reporting to executive leadership. • Lead, motivate, inspire, and develop a US-based remote team to achieve high performance and strong engagement; foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.
