Sales Operations Manager, North America
Silvus Technologies
• Working closely with the Silvus sales Team to drive efficiencies and growth. • Provide support to the North America Sales Vice President and Silvus sales team: • Daily, weekly, quarterly and annual forecasting & committed view reporting. • Operation reviews and Quarterly Business review presentations and support. • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Managing and maintaining CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and new opportunities. • Creating regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance and KPIs. • Driving sales forecasting and quota setting processes for the sales organization. • Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline sales operations. • Providing training to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices. • Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and pipeline management. • Onboarding new hires with required training. • Working with Global and International counterparts to drive new tools, processes and collaborations. • Helping drive integration across MSI as and when required. • Working closely with finance, strategy and supply chain organizations to align on key objectives. • Travel Requirements - up to 10% of the time, but variable (1-2 days every month may be required).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or in sales.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
- Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
- Experience of Salesforce / Zoho or related CRM and Tableau software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent Google sheets, docs and slides skills.
- Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts.
- Good influencing, consensus-building and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of channel distribution strategies and programs are an advantage.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
