Logistics and Service Specialist
HDT Global
• Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing HDT products including generators, shelters, and air conditioning units • Conducts initial product training on all HDT Products purchased by customers • Refurbishes returned demonstration equipment and packs for proper storage • Works with inside sales for achievement of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- 3 years minimum relevant work experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required; some secondary preferred
- Ability to read schematics, blue prints, drawings, etc.
- Ability to provide monthly training reports
- Customer focused and able to negotiate sales agreements
- Strong decision/problem-solving skills
