• Own digital channel growth strategy and performance across online ordering, third‑party delivery, and loyalty. • Accountable for key KPIs including digital sales mix, conversion, frequency, average check, and retention. • Own day‑to‑day planning and execution across all digital platforms, ensuring operational readiness and reliability. • Lead ongoing management and optimization of third‑party delivery platforms. • Support the definition, launch, and scaling of Dairy Queen Mexico’s loyalty and first‑party e‑commerce platforms. • Oversee social media, website, and SEO performance as part of the broader digital ecosystem. • Serve as a trusted digital partner to franchisees across all digital initiatives.
• Own digital channel growth strategy and performance across online ordering, third‑party delivery, and loyalty. • Accountable for key KPIs including digital sales mix, conversion, frequency, average check, and retention. • Establish clear performance dashboards, reporting cadences, and insight‑driven optimization routines. • Own day‑to‑day planning and execution across all digital platforms, ensuring operational readiness and reliability. • Translate strategy into SOPs, playbooks, and executional standards for agencies, internal teams, and franchisees. • Identify risks, gaps, and performance issues; escalate insights and recommendations with clarity and data. • Lead ongoing management and optimization of third‑party delivery platforms. • Partner cross‑functionally to improve awareness, promotions, profitability and operational compliance. • Drive platform sales and conversion into owned DQ channels while protecting brand standards and franchisee profitability. • Support the definition, launch, and scaling of Dairy Queen Mexico’s loyalty and first‑party e‑commerce platforms. • Shape customer journeys, program mechanics, and activation plans with a focus on adoption and feasibility. • Build foundational governance, SOPs, and measurement frameworks required for sustainable scale. • Oversee social media, website, and SEO performance as part of the broader digital ecosystem. • Ensure activities drive traffic, engagement, and conversion in support of digital growth objectives. • Manage agency partners and ensure alignment with brand and business priorities. • Serve as a trusted digital partner to franchisees across all digital initiatives. • Develop training materials, communications, and playbooks to drive adoption and confidence. • Present clearly and credibly in franchisee forums and working sessions.
• Provide leadership, business insight and operational support to assigned franchisees • Serve as the primary business consultant and relationship owner for assigned franchisees • Analyze franchisee and market performance to identify trends, outliers, risks, and opportunities • Diagnose business and operational challenges and guide franchisees in developing action plans • Partner cross-functionally with various internal teams to support profitable growth

• Provide guidance and coaching to franchisees and Operations team to achieve short and long-term company and operational goals. • Utilize knowledge of restaurant operations and staff resources to provide counsel, advice, and assistance to franchisee owners/operators to positively impact and improve sales, profits, operating standards, and operating systems while maintaining or exceeding customer expectations. • Ensure compliance with IDQ policies and system standards. • Gain and maintain support of DMA chair people and other key franchisee leadership in achieving operational goals. • Engage functional experts when needed. • Provide support to other functions when needed. • Effectively implement and execute the Worldwide Operation’s Business Plan (rolling 1-, 2- and 3-year plan) for a particular District. • Develop and implement a district wide business plan (i.e., integrated marketing, operations, training, development, and supply chain plan). • When and where appropriate, establish and implement effective business plans with franchise owners in the district. • Provide necessary counsel and assistance to ensure the plans include specific goals and strategies in support of ADQ’s Operations and Marketing Plan. • Provide advice and guidance in developing and managing marketing performance through effective partnerships with appropriate departments, vendors, and franchisees. • Responsible for positioning franchisees for consistent achievement of optimal shift management, food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, repair and maintenance, and atmosphere goals as established by Operation’s Business Plan and ADQ’s operating standards. • Provide impactful advice and counsel to position franchisees for optimal financial health. • Partner with appropriate ADQ staff to help position new and existing franchisees to establish and execute effective development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies. • Provide support to other departments/functions as needed. • May assist with new store openings as required. • Complete Ad Hoc projects as required.

• Provide project management for newly approved locations throughout Canada, and U.S. as needed. • Manage the process of opening new locations. • Provide supervision through on-site visits and effective post-opening consulting. • Utilize knowledge of restaurant operations and staff resources to provide counsel, advice, and assistance to franchisee owners/operators. • Facilitate maximizing sales and profits of new restaurants through operations excellence. • Protect Dairy Queen ® brand and respective trademarks. • Plan, organize, direct and control the activities for new restaurants as assigned from approval until goals are met. • Ensure necessary initiatives are taken on a timely basis to accomplish goals in product quality, food safety, quality of service, speed of service, employee morale, productivity and profitability. • Provide business consulting services to recently opened locations within the assigned district. • Maintain consistent performance standards among franchisees within the assigned district.
