Senior QA Validation Analyst
Sand Cherry
• Serve as the independent validator and provide final sign-off for high-risk customers and deliverables • Own and continuously improve validation standards, checklists, and acceptance criteria • Investigate data discrepancies, assess root cause, and determine severity and impact • Identify and escalate systemic or recurring issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions • Coach and mentor QA analysts to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to standards across the team • Clearly communicate validation outcomes, risks, and release readiness to the Project Manager and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience in QA, data validation, and analytical problem-solving
- Deep understanding of data models, data flows, and upstream/downstream dependencies
- Proven experience validating large, complex, and high-volume datasets
- Ability to make confident, independent decisions in ambiguous or high-risk scenarios
- Strong risk assessment skills with sound judgment on severity, impact, and tradeoffs
- Comfortable with SQL and data reconciliation
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments (Preferred)
- Experience in cable, telecom or data reconciliation for large system/platform migrations (Preferred)
- Ability to influence without authority and partner effectively with cross-functional teams (Preferred)
- Clear, concise communicator capable of translating technical risks into business impact (Preferred)

Role Description Le titulaire du poste est inspecteur des installations classées, il participe de manière opérationnelle à l'inspection, ayant en charge le suivi en propre de certains dossiers ou établissements. - Activités principales : - Instruction : - Accompagnement des porteurs de projets pour le déploiement ou la modification d'activités industrielles, en proposant les mesures encadrant le fonctionnement des installations. - Analyse des dossiers de réexamen IED et le cas échéant des études de dangers. - Traitement des dossiers de cessation d'activité. - Rédaction des avis liés à l'urbanisme. - Traitement des plaintes, préparation des projets de réponse au parquet en lien avec le SJM. - Inspections toute thématique, et en cas de manquement propositions des suites et des sanctions si nécessaires. - Management exercé dans le poste : néant. La coordination est assurée par le cadre A de l'équipe. - Positionnement dans la structure : le titulaire du poste est placé sous l'autorité hiérarchique directe du coordinateur de l'équipe. - Relations Internes/Externes : - Autres services de la DREAL, notamment le SR. - Les exploitants. - Services de l'État (préfectures, ARS, SDIS, DDTM...). - Élus. - Associations de protection de l'environnement. - Collectif de l'inspection. - Responsabilités tenant au poste ou au positionnement du titulaire : - Garant du bon déroulement de la procédure d'instruction dont il a la charge, et notamment du délai global jusqu'à la signature de l'arrêté d'autorisation. Ces procédures comprennent, le cas échéant, la présentation des dossiers devant le CODERST ou la CDNPS. - Responsable des contrôles effectués au sein des entreprises, dans le cadre préalable fixé pour ces contrôles. - Responsable de la rédaction, le cas échéant, des procès-verbaux d'infraction. Qualifications - Compétences techniques : culture scientifique, capacité de compréhension des processus industriels, d'analyse des dossiers de demande d'autorisation et des dossiers de réexamen et capacité d'appréciation des enjeux. - Compétences transversales : grande capacité d'analyse et de synthèse et facilités rédactionnelles. - Compétences relationnelles : capacité de travail en équipe - aisance dans la communication. - Ce poste conviendrait à un Technicien Supérieur de l'Economie et de l'Industrie ou à un Technicien Supérieur du Développement Durable débutant ou doté d'une expérience dans le domaine de l'environnement, d'une réelle capacité d'écoute et de partage, d'un très bon relationnel, de capacités humaines avérées et de connaissances techniques solides, et une appétence pour les sujets industriels. - Une première expérience dans les risques industriels serait un plus. • Oversee and manage temperature mapping activities across all DCs in the network ensuring all facilities are mapped, validated, and compliant with applicable standards and internal requirements. • Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams for execution and documentation of mapping protocols and reports. • Lead internal temperature mapping activities, including but not limited to writing and reviewing validation protocols, conducting temperature mapping, analyzing mapping data, documenting and assessing deviations, and preparing final reports and corrective actions. • Oversee a team and oversee development and maintenance of relevant SOPs, maintain a centralized status dashboard of environmental mapping across the network, support audits and inspections by providing documentation and evidence of environmental compliance. • Provides coaching, mentoring, and performance management to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Champions talent development and succession planning within the team. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Facility Managers (FMs), EM, and Operations teams to ensure timely completion of mapping activities.
