• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in alignment with scope, timeline, and budget objectives. • Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation (e.g., project charters, staffing plans, issue/risk logs). • Facilitate collaborative communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and transparency. • Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and coordinate resolution as needed. • Lead regular status updates, forecasting, and executive briefings to inform stakeholders of progress and outcomes. • Drive adherence to delivery standards, best practices, and change management processes. • Support resource planning and coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams. • When applicable, contribute to pre-sales activities such as requirements gathering, scoping, and Statement of Work development. • Promote a positive and collaborative working environment both internally and with clients.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Workday Implementations with initial and phase x deployments for Medium Enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver projects successfully across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables with accountability.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Workday Engagement Manager (EM) OR Workday Partner Project Manager (PM) Services Certification
