• Engage with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements that support business objectives. • Design integration solutions using Workday tools and vendor partners. • Develop, test, troubleshoot, and deploy robust integrations that ensure secure, accurate, and efficient data exchange between Workday and external systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits, financials, etc.). • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project teams, and client stakeholders throughout configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities. • Create and maintain technical documentation, mapping artifacts, and integration design specifications. • Support knowledge transfer and provide training or guidance to client teams to ensure sustainability after deployment. • Identify opportunities for optimization or automation to enhance integration performance and reliability. • Maintain awareness of Workday product updates and integration best practices to incorporate improvements into client solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client financial processes, reporting requirements, and system landscape • Design and configure Workday Financials solutions, including Workday Financials, Workday Procure to Pay, Workday Contracts to Cash, or Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) • Facilitate design meetings and workshops, driving alignment and collaborative decision-making • Provide subject matter expertise across Core FINS and cross-application features • Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations • Support data conversion, integrations, testing strategy, and deployment activities • Manage deliverables in alignment with project timelines and milestones • Partner with senior finance leaders to recommend best practices and process improvements • Stay current on Workday releases and new features, advising clients on optimization opportunities • Contribute to internal capability building, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete project lifecycle experience in a data conversion role. • Experience with packaged HRMS/Financial systems is preferred. • Require a self-motivated, customer-focused professional with strong follow-through who consistently keeps commitments to customers and fellow employees.
• Lead client discovery and requirements gathering to understand current payroll processes, business rules, and desired outcomes. • Configure payroll solutions to meet defined business requirements and best practice standards. • Partner with data conversion teams to support accurate migration of legacy payroll data. • Assist with end-to-end and parallel testing and validation of payroll configurations, ensuring system accuracy and performance. • Serve as a payroll subject matter expert, answering questions and advising on optimal configuration and process decisions. • Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to internal stakeholders and client leadership. • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team. • Identify opportunities for additional services and enhancements that support client goals.
• Spend a significant portion of the day on outbound calling, engaging prospects and initiating conversations • Work through targeted account lists and identify new contacts within organizations • Conduct outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, with calling as the primary channel • Research accounts and tailor messaging before outreach • Hold introductory calls and early-stage discovery conversations • Document activity, update pipeline stages, and capture key insights in CRM • Collaborate with Account Executives on next steps and meeting preparation • Participate in team training, coaching sessions, and role-play exercises • Review outreach performance and adjust messaging or targeting as needed
• Gain a deep understanding of Three Link’s implementation methodology across the full project lifecycle • Lead discovery sessions to gather and analyze business requirements • Demonstrate core planning platform capabilities using pre-built and custom solutions • Translate business requirements into configured planning models and workflows • Perform and oversee unit testing to ensure solution accuracy and integrity • Support clients through multiple testing cycles, resolving issues and optimizing configurations • Execute deployment activities including go-live preparation, knowledge transfer, and post-production support • Participate in at least 3 full-cycle implementations within your area of expertise • Formal product certification (where applicable) and continuous professional development • Hands-on project experience under the guidance of Senior Consultants or Solution Architects • Cross-functional collaboration with Integration Consultants and Technical teams to ensure seamless system alignment • Exposure to a variety of industries, business models, and financial planning challenges

• Drive new business by selling Three Link’s staff augmentation solutions to Large and Medium Enterprise prospects • Own an established geographic or industry vertical territory aligned with Workday’s net-new sales organization • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Workday Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives within your territory • Develop and execute ideal customer profile strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing opportunities • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close • Negotiate and close deals by engaging stakeholders including Directors, VPs, and C-Suite Executives • Nurture post-sale relationships with net-new customers focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide ongoing functional support for Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Financials across multiple client environments, including troubleshooting, configuration changes, and issue resolution. • Serve as a go-to resource for clients on Workday functionality, helping them understand system capabilities, navigate business process configurations, and adopt best practices. • Manage day-to-day service delivery for assigned client accounts, ensuring work is completed within agreed service levels and client expectations are met. • Investigate and resolve production issues by performing root cause analysis, testing configuration updates, and coordinating with internal teams as needed. • Support Workday release management by reviewing tenant updates, assessing the impact on client configurations, and recommending adjustments. • Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and reporting to improve client self-sufficiency and operational visibility. • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing, helping build collective expertise across Workday modules. • Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders, providing clear status updates, managing expectations, and recommending enhancements to improve their Workday experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in absence, time tracking solutions, and scheduling • Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective configurations. • Guide the design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support within the human capital management ecosystem. • Engage in workshops and provide configuration guidance • Troubleshoot issues and help ensure successful outcomes.
