• Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of removal paralegals, offering day-to-day guidance, support, and performance feedback. • Foster professional development and growth of paralegals, promoting teamwork and cooperation. • Monitor and report on team performance metrics; conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive coaching. • Oversee the drafting, preparation, and filing of legal documents related to removal defense cases. • Collaborate with attorneys to formulate and execute legal strategies in removal proceedings. • Conduct legal research and support case development using up-to-date immigration laws. • Ensure timely case processing, compliance with court deadlines, and adherence to quality standards. • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and stakeholders in both English and Spanish.

Job Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program.
  • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, including at least 1 year in removal defense.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a legal team.
  • In-depth understanding of immigration law and procedures related to removal defense.
  • Strong organizational and case management skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex case coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote work environment.
  • High ethical standards and strong commitment to client confidentiality and legal integrity.
