• Piloter des projets pour nos clients • Piloter les projets les plus complexes de l’offre en gérant le planning, les risques et les ressources • Entretenir une relation de confiance avec nos clients et identifier les rebonds possibles • Partager vos convictions & tirer parti de votre expertise pour orienter vos clients • Être garant de l’engagement qualité de nos réalisations • Encadrer nos collaborateurs et assurer leur montée en compétences • Définir la stratégie et piloter le développement de l’offre • Analyser notre positionnement sur le marché et définir la cible pour Wavestone • Déterminer la stratégie de développement de l’offre, en lien avec l’évolution du marché et en collaboration avec nos experts et le management • Effectuer une veille stratégique : acteurs clés du marché, tendances de fond • Identifier les synergies possibles avec les practices technologiques, sectorielles ou fonctionnelles du cabinet ainsi que les moyens nécessaires au développement de l’offre • Piloter la performance de l’offre, tant sur le plan business (prospection, avant-vente, chiffre d’affaires) qu’opérationnel (bon déroulé des missions, satisfaction client…) • Dynamiser le développement commercial • Définir le plan de développement commercial en lien avec les équipes commerciales / sparring partners de nos comptes clés • Identifier les nouvelles opportunités et leader les rendez-vous d’avant-vente • Porter les réponses à appel d’offre en vous appuyant sur votre expertise pour faire la différence • Soutenir les bureaux internationaux dans leur développement local sur ces thématiques • Être un Thought Leader : faire rayonner la marque Wavestone sur la thématique de l’offre à travers vos interventions dans des évènements clients ou partenaires, sur les réseaux sociaux…
Job Requirements
- Vous avez développé une expérience professionnelle approfondie dans le domaine du conseil sur les problématiques de sourcing strategy IT
- Vous avez piloté des projets majeurs sur ces thématiques au sein de grandes organisations complexes
- Vous avez déjà des succès en matière de développement commercial et/ou de vente
- Vous êtes capable de fédérer et faire monter en compétences nos collaborateurs autour des initiatives
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais dans le cadre de vos activités professionnelles.
