• As a Procurement Manager, you will own the full procurement function for a fintech and cryptocurrency platform operating thousands of kiosks across multiple countries — developing strategies, managing vendor relationships, controlling budgets, and ensuring the supply chain runs smoothly from purchase order through delivery. • Developing inventive, cost-effective procurement strategies that support the company's global operations and long-term growth objectives. • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors — evaluating options, building relationships, and ensuring the business always has access to high-quality, dependable supply partners. • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure the most advantageous commercial terms — driving cost savings without compromising quality or reliability. • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility — identifying risks, flagging gaps, and recommending changes that protect the business. • Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services — ensuring every order is accurate, timely, and aligned with operational needs. • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements — evaluating supplier reliability, financial stability, and compliance before commitments are made. • Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term savings — tracking spend, identifying inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement across procurement costs. • Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods — ensuring data accuracy and operational visibility at all times. • Preparing clear, accurate procurement reports for management review — providing actionable insights on spend, supplier performance, and supply chain health.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing supply chain operations — with a track record of delivering cost savings, building strong vendor relationships, and improving procurement processes.
- In-depth knowledge of contract preparation and review, invoicing, and negotiation — you know how to read a contract, spot a risk, and negotiate terms that protect the business.
- Experience using supply chain management software and tools — comfortable navigating procurement systems and IT platforms that track inventory and shipments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Excel for budget tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong management and leadership skills — you can influence cross-functional stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills — you identify inefficiencies, assess risk, and make data-driven decisions confidently.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills — you present findings clearly to both operational and executive stakeholders.
