• Lead the technical journey from discovery to implementation for seamless platform integration. • Act as the strategic bridge between client needs, product, and engineering to deliver user-friendly solutions.

• Partner with Account Executives during discovery to understand customer goals and technical environments. • Deliver tailored demos, solution architecture walkthroughs, and lead technical proof-of-concepts (PoCs). • Help prospects align FlowFuse to their broader industrial and digital transformation goals. • Collaborate on pricing proposals and technical responses to RFPs and security reviews. • Lead technical onboarding and early solution implementation. • Partner with customers to assess results, resolve blockers, and optimize solution design. • Actively explore and surface additional use cases within the customer organization. • Facilitate roadmap alignment and strategic planning discussions with technical champions. • Deliver ongoing best practices, architecture reviews, and training to ensure long-term success.

• Primary responsibility is the delivery of approved projects and associated solutions. • Works closely with Solution Architects to create functional specifications, and low-level technical designs. • Delivers high quality infrastructure and services to the business which meet desired requirements both on time and up to standards. • Creates test plans, test scripts, and executes to ensure the services operate as expected. • Partners with the Information Security Team to ensure the security posture of their solutions meets industry standards and aligns with First Quality best practices. • Develops all the required technical documentation, drawings, and release notes content at time of delivery to be provided to Operations Team for ongoing support. • Also helps develop operational procedures documents for the Support and Operations Teams to follow. • Assists with project planning and scheduling and managing of projects. • Delivers effective communications both written and verbal. • Attends customer / internal customer facing meetings as required to properly gather requirements and understand the business need. • Ensures adherence to IT Architecture principles and guidelines. • Acts as a Level 3 escalation for support activities. • Updates job knowledge by attending educational opportunities and training events.

• Design, build, and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, GraphQL, and legacy APIs (SOAP, XML, older authentication patterns) • Build and ship integrations using our internal Ruby-based integration plugin framework • Own integrations end-to-end: requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, validation, release, and ongoing maintenance • Act as a technical partner to Sales and Customer Success, supporting deal scoping, answering integration questions, and documenting expected behaviour • Pull data from external systems and push it back into Pinpoint, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance • Maintain existing integrations as APIs evolve, versions change, or edge cases emerge • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify repeatable patterns and reduce bespoke work over time • Write clear, practical documentation for internal teams, partners, and customers
