Solutions Engineer
Linx Security
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Linx Security's solutions. • Develop and deliver technical proposals, including detailed product information and system integration plans. • Assist in the implementation and configuration of our products for new customers. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers during the pre-sales and post-sales process. • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide relevant and effective solutions. • Act as a technical liaison between customers and the product development team.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a solutions engineer or in a similar technical role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using technical tools and software for system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
