Claims Manager – Complex

• Lead day-to-day claims operations across assigned lines of business (e.g., Property, Casualty, Auto, Workers’ Compensation, or Specialty) • Ensure consistent, timely, and accurate claim handling aligned with company standards, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements • Monitor claim inventory, cycle times, severity, leakage, and reserve adequacy; proactively address trends and performance gaps • Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit standards requirements • Directly lead a team of Claims professionals • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop high performing claims staff with a focus on technical skill and succession planning • Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action as needed • Partner with Claims Leadership, Actuarial, Finance, and Legal to manage indemnity and expense outcomes • Champion a customer centric claims experience while balancing business and compliance requirements • Execute enterprise and claims specific initiatives, including process improvement, technology adoption, and operational transformation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of progressive claims experience within P&C insurance
  • 3+ years of people management in a claims environment
  • Experience leading change initiatives or large-scale operational improvements
  • Prior experience managing multiple lines of business or geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong knowledge of P&C claims handling practices, coverage interpretation, reserving, and litigation management
  • Demonstrated experience operating in a regulated environment; public company experience preferred
  • Proficiency in claims management systems and performance metrics.

Role Description This position supports the successful execution of perimeter operation (meat, produce and perimeter merchandising) in Corporate stores. The Job’s primary focus is to work with District Managers and Regional Directors to improve execution and increase sales. The incumbent will work directly with the retail operations team to improve meat and produce sales and profitability. Role Description The Franchise Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies to drive revenue optimization for their designated portfolio of KOA campgrounds. The Revenue Manager provides performance analysis and data-informed strategy recommendations including pricing, inventory controls, and distribution strategy. The Franchise Revenue Manager collaborates with franchise owners, general managers, and field and corporate marketing teams to execute strategy that optimizes revenue. - Develop and execute revenue strategies tailored to each campground in designated portfolio. - Act as a revenue strategy consultant for franchise owners, providing insights and recommendations based on market data and trends including short- and long-term pace, industry trends, and competitor data. - Produce property-level business reporting of all relevant performance KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis based on the tiered level of support for each campground. - Provide detailed revenue strategy recommendations to franchisee team and implement accordingly, ensuring relevant issues and opportunities are investigated and analyzed. - Plan and direct revenue meetings with clear objectives and goals. - Provide dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons for managed portfolio. - Work collaboratively with the Field Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Field Operations teams to monitor demand generators, business trends, and competitor strategy. - Support analysis of the comparison of different strategies, providing key learnings and insights for revenue management best practices to shared system-wide. - Support training and education initiatives around revenue management for KOA, including through written communication, webinars, and by leading sessions during KOA events. - In conjunction with Field Marketing, complete yearly Best Park in Market analysis, Annual Business Reviews and Commercial Strategy Roadmaps for the assigned portfolio. - Support Field Marketing teams in developing and executing annual marketing strategies for campground who are leveraging Marketing Managed Services. - Support the creation of case studies regarding the efficacy of Revenue Managed Services and its impact on revenue optimization. - Perform or support any special projects regarding revenue management. - Responsible for the maintenance of any software programs which contribute to revenue management.
