Role Description This position supports the successful execution of perimeter operation (meat, produce and perimeter merchandising) in Corporate stores. The Job’s primary focus is to work with District Managers and Regional Directors to improve execution and increase sales. The incumbent will work directly with the retail operations team to improve meat and produce sales and profitability. This position collaborates with procurement / merchandising to develop and sell perimeter, meat and produce, with best-in-class standards. This position will also coordinate regional variations in perimeter merchandising / promotion and store scripting with the field. Incumbents ensure appropriate execution by training and counseling District Managers and store associates on Meat, Produce and Perimeter Merchandising operations. This role also assists in the implementation of programs, training, and corrective action to reduce shrink in corporate stores.
