Account Manager
Jonas Software
• Conduct product calls to all existing clients to generate back to base software add-ons for sales team • Conduct customer well being calls to sell back to base consulting/training opportunities for the Professional Services group • Enter data into the Salesforce database; qualify leads and process orders for add-ons • Maintain lead status and track opportunity status in Salesforce • Staff booths at industry trade shows (may require up to 20 days travel per year)
Job Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or English or equivalent work experience
- Excellent knowledge of sales practices and principals
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, public speaking and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and process management skills
- Experience in selling software solutions for the construction industry is an asset, but not required
- Ability to make timely decisions
- Ability to show compassion and understand others
- Ability to take ownership of tasks
