Product Development Specialist

Serendipity Equity Group

• Develop products, strategies, and business plans for upcoming products • Watch market trends to develop plans that will increase sales • Establish deadlines and ensure product development projects are on schedule • Communicate with other departments and vendors on the status of the product • Provide clear guidelines for the project and solicit and incorporate feedback • Design, Execute, and Manage Projects • Research and Compile Reports on the State of the Industry, Trend Forecasts, and Competitive Analysis • Assist in the Development and Implementation of Operational Guidelines and Objectives for the Product Portfolio • Develop Prototypes and Document Product Specifications • Evaluate Consumer Preferences Using Internal Tools and turn them into Recommendations for Product Enhancement or Innovation

Job Requirements

  • 5+ Years Of Experience Working In One Of Our Key Product Areas: Data Science; Predictive Analytics; Strategic & Operational Planning; Grantwriting; Continuous School Improvement/Turnaround; Leadership Development; Executive Coaching
  • Experience In Business Development
  • Strong Analytical, Diagnostic, Critical Thinking And Project Management Skills
  • Exceptional Interpersonal And Written Communications Skills
  • Ability To Travel Up To 5% Within The U.S.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
