• Supporting the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Production team members • Work closely with Production and Operations leadership • Ensure team members are properly trained on mortgage guidelines, systems, loan processes, customer communication, and company procedures • Monitor production workflow trends • Provide coaching and support to improve operational consistency and loan quality throughout the organization • Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, process guides, and reference documentation • Provide guidance and support regarding loan file setup, disclosures, prequalification, submission expectations, and processing workflow • Support training initiatives related to Encompass and other mortgage technology systems • Coordinating with Production and Operations leadership to identify training needs and performance improvement opportunities • Monitoring trends, recurring issues, and operational challenges
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum three years of mortgage processing, underwriting, originating, loan officer assistant, or production support experience preferred
- Previous mortgage training, coaching, mentoring, or onboarding experience preferred
- Working knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo loan programs
- Must be proficient in mortgage loan origination systems, including Encompass or similar platforms
- Must be proficient in Desktop Underwriter (DU), Loan Prospector (LP), and AUS systems
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience facilitating virtual training sessions and webinars preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Must maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Role Description In this role you will play a key role in introducing and growing a new product within our existing customer base.
