Role Description SHAZAM is looking for a Fraud Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work to support financial institutions with fraud related summary reporting, analysis, and recommendations relative to ATM/debit card fraud management performance. This role will assess and propose case management and transaction decline strategies to protect participants' accounts and minimize the adverse financial risk to assigned client financial institutions. - Provide support for Fraud Advisors consultative services, facilitate sharing of client performance, provide fraud mitigation recommendations to lower risk and losses. - Manage client relationships by demonstrating integrity, credibility, and subject matter level expertise. - Manage client communication strategies with professional and timely feedback, weekly/monthly client meetings. - Support all areas of Fraud Operations client and cardholder support by handling inbound/outbound contacts, procedural support, and team member assistance. Qualifications - Experience working in banking, financial services, fraud, or compliance. - Experience in using Microsoft Office and Teams. - Verbal and written communication skills. - Organization and time management skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. Role Description SHAZAM is looking for a Fraud Rules Analyst to join our team. In this position, you’ll play a critical role in preventing fraudulent activities by developing, implementing, and maintaining fraud detection rules and strategies. This position involves analyzing transaction data and patterns to identify potential fraud risks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud prevention measures. The analyst will continuously monitor fraud trends and adjust rules to improve detection accuracy while minimizing false positives. What you'll do: - Collaborate with fraud investigation teams and other stakeholders to support the overall fraud strategy, specifically in the areas of data analysis and interpretation, authorization risk analysis, consumer identity management, and authorization decisioning. - Develop, test, and implement fraud detection rules and scenarios based on data analysis and emerging fraud trends. - Monitor transaction data and alerts to identify suspicious activities and recommend appropriate actions. - Handle complex inquiries through support channels to fraud and transaction risk related items. - Analyze the effectiveness of existing fraud rules and make data-driven adjustments to improve detection rates. - Support the organization’s fraud management program, including reporting and analysis of available fraud prevention, detection, and response tools. - Directly support financial institutions with questions on fraud management programs, tools, and cases of fraud. - Serve as a subject matter expert for the fraud management tools for the organization. Qualifications - Experience in rules authoring, development, and evaluation processes in decision management fraud detection platforms. - Experience with SQL or Blaze rule authoring languages a plus. - Strong technical and analytical background, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and relationship building to effectively work with all levels within the organization and outside resources. - Demonstrated organizational skills. Role Description SHAZAM is looking for a Core Implementation Specialist to join our KinetiCore implementations team. In this role, you will provide quality installation and training for the KinetiCore core and ancillary systems while building a strong foundation for a lasting business relationship. This role will work within all phases of the conversation process of an assigned area and assist in training others. What you'll do: - Responsible for the validation of data, workflow, procedures, and processes within the loan area(s) which may include our other applications. - Works independently with clients during the onboarding process to resolve any issues and engage other team members as needed. - Works with banking product providers including but not limited to bill pay, imaging, and core processing. - Travels to customer site for implementation if requested. Qualifications - Minimum of five years' experience in banking operations is required, loan operations preferred. - Knowledge and work experience with secondary loan servicing (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHLB, USDA, etc.) is a plus. - Experience with Microsoft Office applications, ticket tracking system, and customer service. - Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to support a customer go live. - Organization and time management skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Insurable driving record and proof of personal liability auto insurance coverage of at least $300,000.
