Growth & Performance Marketing Manager – Beauty & Skincare

• You manage our performance creatives on Meta. • You will gradually take on the operational leadership of our marketing team — copywriter, video editor, and, over time, additional areas. • You build and optimize our funnel architecture (landing pages, product pages, checkout flow) in coordination with creative. • You identify new levers — channels, angles, markets, product bundles — and present them with concrete implementation plans. • You analyze relevant KPIs, draw clear conclusions, and run marketing based on data, not gut feeling.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth at DTC/e-commerce
  • Hands-on depth in Meta Ads and direct response creative processes
  • Proven track record: brands you have operationally built or scaled
  • Experience managing small teams (copy, video, creators)
  • Strong funnel thinking and conversion optimization skills
  • Experience with AI-supported workflows in creative production (must have)
  • You are both hands-on and strategic
