• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn across multiple brands • Analyze performance daily, weekly, and monthly, surfacing insights • Manage budgets and ensure ad accounts’ health • Ship clear, actionable performance reports to leadership on a weekly cadence
• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn across multiple brands. • Take brands from 0 to 1, validate channels, find product-market fit signals, identify what scales and what doesn't. • Build and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4) for real-time visibility into KPIs across the portfolio. • Analyze performance daily, weekly and monthly, surface insights, not just numbers. • Design and run experiments: A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages and attribution. • Manage budgets across brands and platforms with full P&L thinking, every dollar deployed is accounted for. • Maintain ad accounts health: pixel implementation, conversions, attribution setup, ad policies. • Ship clear, actionable performance reports to leadership on a weekly cadence. • Stay current on platform updates, attribution changes and what's actually working today.
• Own and execute retention and growth strategy across the user lifecycle • Identify friction points and optimize onboarding and activation flows • Improve time-to-value and early user engagement • Conduct customer research and product discovery (interviews, churn analysis, experimentation) • Build and leverage product analytics dashboards and tracking frameworks • Translate data insights into product improvements and growth initiatives
• Quality Assurance for Written and Verbal Communications • Develop and implement specialized tools to monitor and increase the quality of communications across the sales team • Analyze trends to develop additional training resources that address objections, refine talk tracks, and ensure our approach evolves alongside family feedback • Curriculum Ownership: Maintain the Sales Knowledge Base in Notion, including playbooks for At-Need (AN), Immediate-Need (IN), and Pre-Need (PN) product lines • Sales Training: Own training for Care Advisors and AN-IN Funeral Directors, the Family Services Specialist role (tours and support), and support new Business Development initiatives (e.g., hospice and partner outreach) • Ongoing Education: Facilitate weekly training sessions and team meetings to share best practices and foster team culture across different sub teams within the sales organization • Mock Sales Calls: Conduct mock sales calls as a standardized, crucial screening aspect of the interview process • Onboarding Ownership: Update training materials, manage the schedule for new hires, and facilitate onboarding sessions • Direct the resident and non-resident Life Insurance licensing process for all Care Advisors via Kaplan curriculums • Manage the acquisition and curriculums of state-specific funeral director and arranger licenses
