• You are the creative lead behind our ads. • From the first hook to the final performance analysis. • Funnel ownership instead of isolated copywriting. • You think in customer journeys — from first impression to purchase. • Landing pages, advertorials, listicles, VSLs, Meta ads, UGC scripts: you know what works on Meta, Google and native channels — and why. • You develop concepts and write scripts for Meta and YouTube — hook-driven and tested, not guessed. • You write creative briefings that editors and UGC creators can execute independently. • You read creative performance from the Ads Manager, draw conclusions and brief the next iteration. • You plan creative rotations and build a testing process that scales. • You speak to people, not personas.

Job Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Creative Strategist in performance creative / direct-response, ideally in DTC e‑commerce.
  • Verifiable results. You can cite concrete numbers.
  • Campaigns you have owned and copy that has converted measurably.
  • Proven results with Meta video ads (VSLs, UGC-style, hook testing).
  • Sales psychology in your blood. AIDA is a starting point, not the goal.
  • You know hooks and storytelling frameworks (PAS, DIC, Before/After) and understand what scarcity, urgency and social proof actually deliver — and when to leave them out.
  • AI-native workflow. You use AI tools like a pro.
  • Very good German. You write copy that reads like a letter to a close acquaintance — not like a package insert.
  • A get-things-done mentality. You don’t wait for briefs.
