Sales Consultant
PLACE
• Engaging with warm inbound leads via phone, email, and text • Helping customers place and complete orders • Asking the right questions to understand customer needs • Recommending solutions and upselling additional services when it makes sense • Managing multiple orders and conversations at once • Using HubSpot and other internal systems to generate quotes and complete orders • Staying up to date on new products, vendors, and technology • Hitting performance goals tied to orders processed and commission

• Own the full sales cycle and help shape our GTM organization from day one • Convert customer interest into long-lasting partnerships • Represent the company at industry events • Create and close outbound opportunities on your own — full ownership from start to finish • Act as the voice of customers, bringing their feedback directly to the product team to shape the future of offering
