Role Description The Learning Experience Designer, Therapeutic Excellence serves as an end-to-end learning design leader responsible for translating business, brand, and therapeutic strategies into high-impact, compliant, and scalable product and disease learning experiences across U.S. and Global markets. This role combines learning strategy consultation, advanced learning experience design, and operational ownership to ensure the commercial organization is knowledgeable, confident, and ready to perform at launch and through key market moments. - Accountable for high-level learning strategy, detailed design, vendor oversight, and Medical/Legal/Compliance (CRT/PRT) participation or ownership. - Ensures learning solutions are scientifically sound, compliant, scalable, and aligned to business priorities. Qualifications - Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience in Human Resources, or related discipline. - Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in learning & development or instructional design (reduced with Master’s degree). - Demonstrated experience designing and leading learning solutions for pharmaceutical or healthcare product and disease education. - Experience translating business strategy into scalable, learner-centric learning solutions. - Experience participating in or leading formal Medical/Legal/Compliance (CRT/PRT) review processes. - Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. - Strong communication skills, verbal and written, for both technical and non-technical learning. - Creative thinking, strong problem-solving, continuous improvement capability. - Ability to guide / mentor Learning Developers and troubleshoot issues. - Management of design and development vendors. - Assess capability, evaluate, and measure value and business impact. - Stakeholder analysis and management, change management. - Business acumen and ability to rapidly learn business and cultural contexts. Role Description Performs telephonic outreach and assessment of identified populations and provides coordination of community resources and support to Members and Providers across service areas. - Identifies, facilitates, coordinates and advocates for Member access to services that enhance healthcare access and delivery. - Assists in the coordination of safety net services that provide for basic needs such as education, housing, healthcare, legal, transportation, and counseling assistance. - Facilitates the acquisition of medications for patients to ensure compliance with medication regimens. - Influences member engagement rates utilizing Motivational Interviewing skills and persuades Members to participate in Plan sponsored care management activities. - Triages for and collaborates with clinical staff to ensure Members receive appropriate care. - Supports one of the following care management programs: Sunny Start, Transition to Home, Population Health Management or Complex Care Management. Qualifications - Associate’s degree or High School Diploma/equivalent and relevant work experience required. - 2 years of office experience, specifically in either a high volume data entry office, customer service calls center, or health care office administration department. - Knowledge and experience in maternal child health (preferred). - Experience with FACETS/JIVA or other healthcare database (preferred). - Experience with care coordination or case/care management (preferred). - Prior customer service experience (preferred). - Successful completion of pre-employment background check (required). However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.

• Achieves sales revenue targets and grows market share for a specified geography by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic CoreValve and related products, post approval, while ensuring safe adoption and growth. • Practices good territory management with strong organization, administration and expense planning and control. • Serves as trusted technical expert for TAVR procedure and products. • Provides technical support for TAVR implanting centers, including 'scrubbing in' to assist with valve loading and providing technical case support consistent with the instructions for use. • Educates sites on proper indications for TAVR procedures. • Develop and implement strategies to counter competitor messaging. • Represents company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads, and pursue opportunities to promote the company’s product portfolio. • Understands current published TAVR and relevant literature. Recognizes and understands competitive products, industry trends, and CBT/CVG portfolio. • Liaison with R&D for technology improvements and next generation needs.
