• Design engaging creative assets across social media, web, email, advertising, and marketing campaigns • Help evolve and maintain Mud Club’s visual identity across all touchpoints • Create graphics, presentations, digital ads, landing pages, and promotional materials • Collaborate on campaigns, storytelling, and creative direction • Design website pages, landing pages, onboarding flows, and digital user experiences • Help improve the parent and member journey across Mud Club’s digital platforms • Create user-focused designs that are visually engaging, intuitive, and accessible • Support ongoing website updates and digital initiatives using platforms such as Squarespace • Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for mobile and web • Create engaging social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and short-form creative content • Execute and visually interpret content from Mud Club’s content calendar • Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across all platforms • Adapt content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels • Bring fresh ideas that improve engagement, communication, and brand experience • Stay current with trends in design, gaming culture, digital experiences, and social media • Contribute creatively across departments and special projects • Help build systems and templates that improve creative consistency and workflow

• Host new inquiry calls with families (script + training provided) • Gather key details to help with proper group placement • Walk families through first steps in our onboarding process • Coordinate and share welcome call scheduling with the OTA • Manage weekly scheduling, reschedules, pauses, and cancellations • Maintain and update our master roster and member placement lists • Coordinate attendance updates with the Billing Administrator • Communicate with families regarding schedule changes • Keep gamertags, usernames, and platform info organized and up-to-date • Support smooth daily operations across the therapy, admin, and tech teams • Serve as an approachable contact for parents during onboarding • Work closely with our OTA Team, Admin and Billing Specialist, and Group Program OT • Help identify gaps in processes and contribute to ongoing improvements
