Job Requirements
- Active Ohio license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and related mental health conditions
- Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and private HIPAA-compliant workspace

Role Description The Patient Intake & Scheduling Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for new and prospective patients of the client. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound patient communications, collecting accurate demographic and insurance information, coordinating with internal verification teams and physical therapists, and ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of patient evaluations and follow-up appointments.
