Business Transformation Analyst
Hermanson Company
Role Description Hermanson Company is a fast-growing specialty construction firm building out an integrated, cloud-based, all-in-with-Microsoft platform to put information in people’s hands and time back in people’s day. This role owns mid-sized, high-priority initiatives that optimize and automate business processes, reports, and systems across the company — driving them from first conversation through delivery, adoption, and measurable impact. This role combines business analysis with hands-on initiative ownership. The candidate will own initiatives end-to-end — from scoping and requirements gathering through delivery and adoption. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable defining what should change and driving it to done: facilitating working sessions, building consensus, holding scope, and keeping initiatives organized and moving from concept through deployment and beyond. Responsibilities - Initiative Ownership & Delivery: Own assigned initiatives end-to-end. Define scope and success criteria, layout a game plan, and drive each initiative to completion and adoption. Leverage 1-page roadmaps to track progress and communicate proactively with leadership. - Process Analysis & Solution Design: Partner with internal stakeholders to scope problems, gather requirements, and conduct fit-gap analysis. Work with internal and external technical experts to shape solutions that meet real business needs and reflect what differentiates Hermanson. - Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective workshops, understand stakeholder pain points, and drive consensus so process changes align with business objectives. - Change Management, Training & Support: Develop and deliver training, communications, and support so employees adopt new processes and systems successfully. - Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Help define KPIs to track the impact of new processes, demonstrate delivered value, and identify further refinements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of business process analysis and project management, including demonstrated ownership of initiatives from ambiguous problems through delivered, adopted outcomes. - Strong management fundamentals with the ability to partner with business process owners and hold scope on contained initiatives. - Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently across the full business transformation lifecycle with minimal handholding. - Proven track record optimizing processes and enhancing systems. - Experience in process mapping, requirements documentation, and implementing best practices. - Crisp communication skills across all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working for or with specialty construction companies. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365. - Project management, business analysis, and/or process improvement certifications. - Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools. - Demonstrated success applying AI in a real-world environment. Benefits - Competitive pay with bonus opportunities - Medical, prescription, dental & vision coverage with zero to low weekly premiums - 401(k) with discretionary company match - Generous paid time off (vacation, sick time, and paid holidays) - Disability income protection - Life insurance for employees and eligible dependents - Optional added protection with critical illness and accident plans - Career growth & development opportunities - In-house training programs - Certificate & tuition reimbursement - Wellness program - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Salary The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000.
