Senior Cardiology Integration Analyst
Tech Firefly
• Lead integration efforts between Epic Cupid and third-party cardiology applications. • Design, support, and troubleshoot HL7 and DICOM interfaces. • Support standardization and consolidation of cardiovascular technologies and workflows. • Serve as a technical advisor for cardiology systems architecture and interoperability. • Mentor junior analysts and provide leadership across the cardiology IT team. • Partner with vendors, operations, and technical teams throughout implementation and optimization efforts. • Support project planning, testing, go-live readiness, and issue resolution.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience with HL7 and DICOM integrations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise cardiology workflows.
- Experience integrating cardiovascular applications, imaging systems, and Epic environments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring analysts or serving in a lead capacity.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Preferred Qualifications**
- Epic Cupid certification and/or experience supporting 1–2 Epic Cupid implementations.

Ensuring a thorough understanding of data - Partner closely with the P&C team to ensure all inputs for contractual changes and any variable input are confirmed, included within agreed KPIs - Perform specific duties related to insurance plans, 401k and timely vendor payments - Perform updates to payroll-related information and data and manage overall payroll workflow - Ensure timely processing of all new hires and terminations - Work with tax filing service to resolve any outstanding tax filing issues - Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and tax regulations as well as SOX controls, internal frameworks and governance. - Assist with handling queries from employees, internal partners and vendors. - Run payroll reports and assist the Payroll Sr. Lead with reconciliation of payrolls ensuring that all data is downloaded and saved in the agreed manner - Participates in Payroll year-end activities. Monthly reconciliation of Tax Authorities and Compliance end-of-year requirements ensuring statutory reporting requirements are met - Assist with reporting requests from the business. - Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested to support the team. - Collaborate with Finance on payroll and tax reconciliations, accruals and reporting. - Identify improvements to payroll systems and assist in implementation.
