FlexNet Management Suite Specialist
Omniscius LLC
• Perform all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities associated with FlexNet Management Suite (FNMS) and related integrations • Maintain and administer the FNMS environment within USCIS infrastructure • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for FNMS-related issues • Support software entitlement tracking, software licensing optimization, and proactive SAM initiatives • Assist the Project Manager in meeting performance work statement requirements • Ensure alignment with DHS and USCIS systems, operational priorities, and policies • Support software license helpdesk activities and customer support functions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience administering enterprise Flexera deployments
