• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks • Develop and maintain modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures • Integrate applications with Oracle databases, ensuring efficient queries and performance • Design and deploy cloud-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack (front-end, back-end, cloud) • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Design, maintain, and secure Windows workstation images supporting both on-site and remote/VDI users. • Engineer Windows endpoint baselines, policy settings, compliance configurations, and patch orchestration mechanisms using approved Microsoft technologies. • Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, and associated endpoint compliance and configuration controls. • Support implementation of passwordless authentication, hardware-backed credentials (e.g., YubiKeys, CAC, software keys), and other protections for privileged and sensitive accounts. • Integrate endpoint enrollment and conditional access controls with Entra ID / Active Directory to ensure devices are securely configured before receiving access. • Support device lifecycle operations including provisioning, compliance enforcement, reassignment, and decommissioning for Windows endpoints. • Engineer and validate Windows endpoint logging, monitoring, and telemetry, including Windows Event Logs, endpoint agents, and SIEM/EDR forwarding. • Coordinate Intune/GPO-based patch orchestration, policy enforcement, and remediation of Windows configuration drift. • Produce documentation, standards, runbooks, validation artifacts, and technical guidance related to the Microsoft endpoint environment. • Support escalated incident response, troubleshooting, and audit activities involving Windows devices and Microsoft-managed endpoint services.

• Design, build, maintain, and harden standard macOS workstation images for on-site and remote/VDI use • Engineer and maintain secure macOS baseline configurations, compliance settings, and lifecycle controls • Administer JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager enrollment and provisioning workflows for macOS devices • Support macOS device provisioning, policy deployment, software distribution, patching, configuration drift remediation, and secure decommissioning • Integrate macOS endpoint images and device configurations with VDI access requirements, security agents, logging agents, and authentication controls • Support passwordless authentication and hardware-backed credentials, where approved, for macOS users and privileged accounts • Configure and validate macOS logging and telemetry, including Unified Logs, endpoint agent reporting, and forwarding of relevant logs to SIEM/EDR platforms • Develop runbooks for macOS imaging, enrollment, patch validation, troubleshooting, and recovery • Assist with forensic collection support, audit readiness, and post-change validation for macOS endpoints • Provide technical guidance to the Engineer, Cloud Service Desk Representative, and company stakeholders on macOS endpoint architecture, security posture, and supportability

• Develop PowerApps canvas and model driven apps • Build Enterprise-level mobile solutions, utilizing best practices within Power Platform Community • Use multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Flow • Create custom connectors for PowerApps and Microsoft Flow • Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions • Interpret and design database models (MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.) • Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps • Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps • Satisfy requirements, meet agreed completion dates, and perform unit & integration testing • Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members • Support cross-functional project teams consisting of app development, IT operations, and information security

• Lead the technical migration from legacy SQL Server stored procedures and ADF pipelines to Databricks Lakehouse (Delta Lake), ensuring best practice Lakehouse design. • Translate traditional relational data warehousing paradigms into scalable, distributed Lakehouse frameworks (Bronze, Silver, Gold). • Design robust, reusable ETL/ELT frameworks using PySpark, Delta Live Tables (DLT), and Databricks Workflows. • Architect and refine the Gold Layer (dimensional models, star schemas) specifically to maximize Power BI performance. • Optimize Databricks SQL Warehouses to support high-concurrency, low-latency Power BI queries (DirectQuery and Import modes). • Implement advanced optimization techniques, including Z-Ordering, data skipping, liquid clustering, and materialized views. • Define and enforce governance standards for cluster sizing, auto-scaling policies, and serverless SQL compute to balance performance with cost. • Implement proactive monitoring dashboards to track Databricks Unit (DBU) consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Establish best practices for partition strategies and file size management within Delta Lake. • Design and implement a robust data security model using Unity Catalog for centralized governance. • Enforce row-level and column-level security policies to ensure compliant data access for Power BI consumers and internal analysts. • Align the Lakehouse security architecture with existing enterprise Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) and RBAC standards. • Act as the primary technical lead, conducting dedicated pair-programming sessions, workshops, and code reviews to transition the team from SQL-centric to Spark-centric thinking. • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns, and optimization playbooks. • Build a foundational knowledge transfer framework to ensure the internal team is fully self-sufficient post-migration. • Communicate effectively verbally and in written form to both technical and non-technical audience. • Work in an organized fashion, completing tasks timely while paying close attention to details.

• Research, draft, and analyze policies to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs, subject matter experts, industry standards, and organizational goals. • Conduct gap analyses against industry frameworks and regulatory requirements, to recommend policy enhancements. • Collaborate with security engineers, compliance officers, and business managers to ensure policies are both technically sound and operationally practical. • Translate technical security concepts into clear, concise, and accessible documentation for diverse audiences. • Collaborate with stakeholders to update CISO policies for annual lifecycle updates. • Review and contribute to policies and standards for groups outside of CISO.

• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs as well as testing and evaluating new programs. • Resolve problems with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. • Write and implement efficient code. • Develop quality assurance procedures and deploy software tools, processes and metrics. • Participate in development of software user manuals. • Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on the development team. • Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.

• Provide day-to-day platform administration, user support, configuration management, upgrade support, integration coordination, change management support, data quality oversight, audit support, and architectural guidance to ensure the platform effectively supports business operations and IT Service Management (ITSM) requirements. • Administer users, groups, roles, ACLs, and overall platform configuration. • Manage platform updates, patches, releases, instance clone activities, and upgrades. • Monitor platform performance, instance health, and ServiceNow emails and incident tickets requesting technical assistance. • Submit updates to common data elements: categorizations, application data, location data, user data, knowledgebase articles, support group roles, report design, and CMDB. • Perform monthly ServiceNow SOX audit activities as defined by the company. • Maintain ServiceNow foundation data and ensure data quality. • Plan, design, and implement new applications and configurations, including organizational group roles and Change Coordinator groups as needed. • Configure and support workflows, business rules, forms, catalogs, reports, dashboards, and notifications. • Recommend and create application configurations, standards, and administrative evaluations based on functional specifications and application reviews. • Confirm that all configurations conform to company’s standards. • Implement assigned Change Requests. • Perform CAT/functionality tests prior to production implementations. • Support system interfaces, eBonding, and internal services (e.g., eAccess). • Coordinate and support integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. • Provide architectural guidance for platform design, integration strategy, and long-term maintainability. • Support REST API integrations, data imports/exports, Transform Maps, MID Server, and Integration Hub. • Provide administration and operations support across the full ServiceNow suite, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Service Level Management, and Asset Management. • Provide Change Management administration, oversight, and operational support. • Perform Risk Management oversight. • Unit test systems and provide SIT/CAT plans and assistance. • Support Automated Test Framework (ATF), regression testing, and customer acceptance testing. • Document and verify that all work meets company’s standards. • Act as an escalation point for ServiceNow support for end-user inquiries and consultation. • Perform application and end-user support; serve as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME). • Provide ServiceNow education and training to end users and stakeholders. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, support enhancements, and participate in solution reviews. • Provide new development requirements as needed.
