• Oversee all work performed under the applicable Performance Work Statement (PWS) • Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) • Manage program risks, performance metrics, deliverables, and reporting activities • Ensure alignment with DHS and USCIS systems, operational priorities, and policies • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver program outcomes • Oversee software asset management support services including: Tool configuration and maintenance, Program guidance, Entitlement tracking, Proactive software asset management, Software licensing optimization, Software license helpdesk support
• The Dynamics ERP Consultant will be accountable to the VP of Operations and will be compensated based on their experience. • Plays a critical role in driving successful enterprise-level implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or NAV. • Requires a deep technical and functional understanding to define and implement complex business requirements across multiple domains, including Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, and Sales. • Responsible for end-to-end solution and system architecture design, comprehensive ERP module configuration and customization. • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness through successful, full-cycle deployments.
• Design, implement, and govern end-to-end HAM capabilities in ServiceNow • Own architecture for the hardware asset lifecycle, optimize CMDB and Discovery for hardware assets • Lead integrations and data governance • Define the architectural strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision for ServiceNow HAM aligned to enterprise goals • Design scalable and secure HAM solutions covering full lifecycle: Planning and procurement, Receiving and inventory/stockroom, Deployment/assignment, Maintenance/refresh, Disposal • Translate complex requirements into detailed ServiceNow HAM designs and technical specifications • Lead architecture and configuration of HAM module, CMDB data model, Discovery strategies tailored to hardware types • Build automated workflows using Service Catalog, Flow Designer, custom modules • Architect and oversee integrations between ServiceNow HAM and enterprise systems, discovery tools, and inventory systems • Establish/enforce data governance and data quality standards for hardware assets in ServiceNow • Architect financial tracking for hardware assets for TCO reporting and optimization • Provide leadership: standards, best practices, design reviews, mentorship to developers/admins/partners • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, drive adoption and continuous improvement
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of a Software Asset Management (SAM) solution within ServiceNow SAM Pro • Partner with IT Operations, Procurement, and Finance to improve software compliance, optimize licensing spend, and ensure data accuracy • Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow SAM Pro, aligning configuration to business requirements and ITAM best practices • Configure and customize SAM Pro capabilities including: Software discovery and normalization, Reconciliation, License management, Compliance reporting and dashboards • Provide technical guidance to developers, engineers, and administrators on SAM Pro configuration and usage • Create and maintain technical documentation (design specs, configuration guides, SOPs) • Integrate SAM Pro with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB) and external systems (e.g., procurement, finance) • Lead/oversee data migration and data cleansing activities to ensure SAM data accuracy and integrity • Analyze current SAM processes and implement streamlined workflows to reduce cost and improve efficiency • Partner with stakeholders to define and document SAM policies and procedures, drive adoption across the organization • Develop, enhance, and support compliance reporting; identify gaps and support audits of software assets • Troubleshoot complex SAM Pro issues and support platform upgrades/maintenance
• Lead end-to-end proposal operations in a federal contracting environment • Ensure proposal responses are compliant, compelling, accurate, and timely • Coordinate cross-functional contributors including executives, SMEs, and recruiting teams • Manage Proposal War Room operations with a focus on continuous process improvement • Conduct weekly Proposal Operations meetings and daily rapid-status check-ins • Monitor and report proposal KPIs including win/loss rates and cycle times • Supervise a Proposal Operations team (up to 5 Proposal Writers / Analysts) • Configure and publish RFPs in the Proposal Management System • Conduct Go/No-Go evaluations within 1 hour of solicitation release • Manage 15–25+ simultaneous proposals across multiple contract vehicles • Serve as primary point of contact for subcontractors and teaming partners • Develop proposal responses within the Proposal Management System and submit for review
• Responsible for leading and executing OASIS Business Development Operations to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational objectives • Maintain the OASIS opportunity pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, currency, and completeness • Generate pipeline and performance reports for the Business Development Team and OASIS Program Manager • Conduct outreach to Government Contracting Officers and Contracting Specialists to validate opportunity data • Track and monitor multiple government information sources to identify and research federal contract opportunities • Collect business intelligence and perform customer and competitor analysis • Develop capture strategies, identify capture management actions, and execute capture plans • Lead and conduct opportunity reviews • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop a total solution aligned with client requirements • Supervise and manage a team of five (5) Business Development Analysts
• Create proposals within the Proposal Management System and publish to Teaming Partners. • Create proposal positions in the Recruiting Management System and publish to the Recruiting Team. • Develop proposal responses in the Proposal Management System and route to the Proposal Review Team. • Submit approved proposal responses to the Government POC. • Conduct follow-up with the Government POC to confirm proposal award status and successful offeror. • Supervise and manage a team of five (5) Proposal Writers to ensure timely and compliant deliverables.
