Role Description The Software Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining internal systems and integrations that support Opal Group’s operations and long-term automation initiatives. The primary objective of this role is to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual work, and improve system reliability across departments. This role operates independently and owns the full development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and ongoing support. Solutions may include Salesforce development, system integrations, internal automation tools, and business-critical workflows used across the organization.
