Informatics Change Management Lead

• Serves as the lead for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational change management (OCM) strategies for clinical informatics initiatives. • Ensures smooth adoption of new systems, workflows, and interoperability solutions across VHA facilities. • Develops communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs aligned with Agile delivery and clinical safety standards. • Demonstrated expertise in Agile environments (e.g., supporting PI planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder readiness) • Prosci or similar OCM frameworks (ADKAR model) • Communication and training development for clinical and technical audiences • Familiarity with VA VistA/CPRS, Cerner Millennium/Oracle Health, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 8 years of experience in change management or organizational development roles within healthcare or federal health IT programs.
- 5+ years implementing change strategies for clinical informatics systems, EHR transitions, or interoperability projects

• Perform all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities associated with FlexNet Management Suite (FNMS) and related integrations • Maintain and administer the FNMS environment within USCIS infrastructure • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for FNMS-related issues • Support software entitlement tracking, software licensing optimization, and proactive SAM initiatives • Assist the Project Manager in meeting performance work statement requirements • Ensure alignment with DHS and USCIS systems, operational priorities, and policies • Support software license helpdesk activities and customer support functions
• Perform Software Licensing Optimization (SLO) and procurement support activities • Provide expertise on industry-standard software licensing models • Support management of major software publishers and enterprise licensing agreements • Assist with software entitlement tracking and compliance activities • Support the Project Manager in meeting program and contractual requirements • Ensure alignment with DHS and USCIS operational priorities, systems, and policies • Provide guidance and recommendations on software asset management best practices
