• Customer segmentation • Support in building segmentations based on behavior, profile and customer value • Use analytical data (propensity, uplift, clusters) to inform communication strategies • Plan, execute and optimize multichannel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, push) • Define target audiences, messaging and incentives based on data • Conduct A/B tests and experimentation • Develop and maintain automated customer journeys • Implement data-driven decision rules (e.g., next best action) • Monitor and analyze campaign results (open rate, click-through, conversion, churn) • Generate actionable insights for continuous improvement

• Develop and maintain customizations, reports, and integrations in the Protheus ERP using ADVPL and TLPP. • Analyze functional and technical requirements, proposing solutions aligned with the platform's best practices. • Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance on existing routines, ensuring quality and performance. • Create and customize reports in the Protheus ERP. • Develop integrations via REST API, using Protheus APIs. • Create and modify entry points to adapt business processes. • Participate in code reviews, contributing to the continuous improvement of code quality. • Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions. • Collaborate with functional and implementation teams to understand the client's business processes.

• Develop and provide technical leadership for complex customizations, reports, and integrations in the Protheus ERP • Serve as the team's technical reference, supporting and mentoring junior and mid-level analysts • Analyze high-complexity functional and technical requirements • Conduct and review code reviews, ensuring quality standards • Develop and enhance integrations via REST APIs • Create and modify entry points to align with business processes • Prepare detailed technical documentation • Collaborate with functional teams, implementation teams, and clients • Identify opportunities for technical improvement

• Analyze and structure the scope of development and customization projects in the Protheus ERP • Gather and document business processes together with functional areas and clients • Prepare functional and technical requirements documents for the development team • Produce artifacts such as functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria • Act as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring alignment of expectations • Participate in alignment, validation, and user acceptance activities for deliverables • Identify risks and points of attention in the analyzed scopes, proposing alternatives and solutions • Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle

• Data architecture and engineering • Design and implement scalable, reliable data pipelines • Structure data lakes / data warehouses to support CRM use cases • Ensure data performance, governance and quality • Integrate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, internal systems, digital channels) • Structure customer data (profile, behavior, interactions, transactions) • Ensure consistency and unification of the 360° view of the customer • Make data available for segmentation and activation in CRM tools • Build and maintain data extensions / tables for campaigns • Support automated flows with up-to-date, reliable data • Prepare data for propensity, uplift, churn and LTV models • Operationalize consumption of model outputs (scores, segments, next best action) • Ensure recurring updates and integration with activation systems • Implement validations, monitoring and quality alerts • Document pipelines and data structures • Ensure compliance with data and privacy policies • Collaborate with data scientists, CRM analysts and business teams • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions • Support the evolution of the client's data architecture

• Desenvolver, gerenciar e promover campanhas de tráfego de pagamento nas plataformas de mídia digital, como Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, entre outras; • Analisar métricas e gerar relatórios de desempenho das campanhas, identificando insights para melhorias contínuas; • Definir e monitorar KPIs, como CPA, ROI, ROAS e CTR, maximizando o retorno sobre o investimento; • Colaborar com a equipe de conteúdo e design para atrair criativos que potencializem o desempenho das campanhas; • Realizar testes A/B para otimização de segmentações, criativos e copywriting; • Acompanhar tendências e inovações no mercado de marketing digital, propondo novas estratégias de aquisição de tráfego.
