• Build and own comprehensive capacity planning models that forecast staffing needs, enrollment projections, and resource allocation across all departments. • Design and implement operational dashboards and metrics that provide real-time visibility into business performance and unit economics. • Lead quarterly and annual financial planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making. • Partner with department heads to create data-driven operational models, cadences, and visibility that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service excellence. • Establish financial controls, reporting systems, and audit processes that ensure accuracy and compliance as we scale. • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for executive leadership and board-level reporting.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in operations, finance or revenue operations roles with demonstrated success in capacity planning, financial modeling, and operational strategy at high-growth companies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, HubSpot CRM/MAP, financial modeling, and data analysis tools; comfortable building complex models from scratch and extracting insights from multiple data sources.
- Deep understanding of how to manage the operating model to drive metrics that connect to financial outcomes; experience building scalable processes and infrastructure for growing organizations.
- Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies and partner effectively with cross-functional leaders.
- Track record of building financial and operational systems, not just maintaining existing ones; comfortable being in the details while maintaining strategic perspective.
- Experience in education, EdTech, or similar mission-driven organizations is strongly preferred.
