Marketing Programs Manager

• Source, plan, manage, and execute the full calendar of marketing events — trade shows, conferences, webinars, field events, and customer gatherings — from concept through post-event follow-up. • Own event logistics end to end: budgets, timelines, vendor and venue management, registration, staffing, collateral, and on-site execution. • Partner with Demand Generation to capture, route, and report on event-sourced leads and pipeline. • Measure event ROI and continuously refine the event mix based on performance. • Serve as the day-to-day owner of the company website — content updates, page builds, landing pages, and ongoing maintenance. • Coordinate with the design/creative agency on UX, design, and landing page creative. • Manage SEO hygiene, site performance, and analytics instrumentation. • Ensure the site stays current, on-brand, and aligned with active campaigns and launches. • Direct the content production pipeline as a measurable program — prioritizing what gets produced against marketing goals, managing throughput and quality across contributors, and reporting on content performance and impact. • Coordinate freelance content support and creative resources to deliver assets on time and on brand. • Partner with Product Marketing on the production of customer stories, sales collateral, and launch content. • Maintain a central content library and ensure version control and brand consistency. • Own and administer the marketing technology stack (e.g., marketing automation, CMS, CRM integration points). • Build and maintain campaign workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and data hygiene. • Support reporting and attribution in partnership with Demand Generation, ensuring clean and reliable data. • Document and improve marketing processes so a small team can operate efficiently and scale. • Act as the primary point of contact and project manager for external partners — design/creative agency, freelancers, and event vendors. • Manage scopes, timelines, deliverables, and budgets across vendors to keep work on track. • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure work meets quality and brand standards.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing programs, marketing operations, events, or a closely related role — ideally in a B2B or technology environment.
  • Proven track record managing events end to end, including logistics and budgets.
  • Hands-on experience with website/CMS management and marketing automation/CRM tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to measure and improve program performance.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-moving team and is comfortable building process from scratch.
  • Experience at an early-stage or scaling company where you helped stand up marketing systems.
  • Familiarity with SEO, web analytics (e.g., GA4), and A/B testing.
  • Basic HTML/CSS or no-code page-builder experience.
  • Experience supporting ABM and demand generation programs.
