• Develop, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with opportunities to support additional paid media channels. • Own account performance and drive growth while maintaining CPA, ROAS, revenue, and LTV goals. • Manage and optimize substantial monthly advertising budgets across multiple accounts. • Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across both U.S. and international markets, adapting strategies to account for regional performance trends, audience behaviors, and business objectives. • Partner closely with creative strategists, designers, and content teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and creative testing roadmaps. • Identify growth opportunities and build scalable media strategies that support client and business objectives. • Lead structured testing initiatives across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, placements, landing pages, and funnel experiences. • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and scale. • Analyze performance trends to identify actionable opportunities and risks. • Work closely with internal development and data teams to build and test tools that improve campaign performance and operational efficiency. • Proactively identify new growth opportunities, platform features, and testing methodologies that can improve account performance. • Utilize Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify growth opportunities. • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and client-facing teams. • Translate complex performance data into meaningful insights and next steps. • Support and contribute to broader paid media initiatives across additional channels. • Share platform-specific learnings and identify opportunities to scale successful strategies across channels. • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging advertising opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media buying experience, with deep expertise in Meta advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-spend performance marketing accounts while achieving aggressive growth targets.
  • Extensive experience with campaign optimization, creative testing, audience strategy, and account scaling.
  • Strong understanding of key performance marketing metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, MER, and funnel performance.
  • Demonstrated success launching new campaigns, growing accounts, and driving sustainable performance improvements.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams to develop and iterate winning ad concepts.
  • Experience managing campaigns across both U.S. and international markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions using data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly accountable, and energized by achieving ambitious growth goals.
  • US-based and able to work primarily within Eastern Time Zone business hours.
