• Support a wide range of diverse and exciting projects in multiple client sectors including Energy, State Infrastructure Projects, Federal Sector Projects and Industrial Projects • Require environmental permitting experience in Massachusetts and other New England States with particular expertise with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act Regulations, S. 404/401 of the CWA, MEPA, Ch.91 and related land-use regulations • Attend and lead public presentations • Work within a team environment

• Manage and process escrow transactions from initiation through closing, ensuring all required documents and funds are accurately handled. • Review and verify escrow instructions, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements. • Coordinate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for each transaction. • Prepare and review escrow documents, including settlement statements, closing disclosures, and other related paperwork. • Monitor and track transaction progress, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that any issues are addressed promptly. • Disburse escrow funds according to the terms of the contract and ensure accurate recording of all transactions. • Conduct final reviews of closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before distribution. • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to escrow transactions, working closely with title officers and other internal teams as needed. • Maintain accurate and organized records of all escrow transactions, including documentation and correspondence. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including RESPA, TRID, and other applicable guidelines. • Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries, providing updates on transaction status, and addressing any concerns or issues.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable bioinformatics pipelines for NGS data analysis such as WGS, WES, RNA-seq, and single-cell • Design and implement novel algorithms for secondary and tertiary NGS analysis tailored to Ultima’s sequencing chemistry • Lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing deliverables in alignment with evolving company goals • Perform benchmarking and validation studies • Analyze large-scale genomic datasets and generate actionable insights for internal R&D, product development, and external collaborators • Collaborate closely with wet-lab scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate experimental results into improved workflows and tools • Support external collaborations by preparing technical analyses, reports, presentations, and data summaries for customers, partners, and conferences • Contribute to scientific publications, application notes, white papers, and other external communication materials as needed • Participate in customer-facing discussions to explain data analysis approaches, performance metrics, and platform capabilities • Document methods clearly and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences • Stay current with emerging technologies and advances in genomics, computational biology, machine learning, and cancer biology • Other duties as assigned

• Consults and advises potential students to jointly discover goals, advise toward solutions around degree planning, payment, transfer credit, and other enrollment decisions, and implement an action plan to support students in achieving identified goals • Provides regular follow up to potential students in an efficient and timely manner either via telephone, email, or other electronic means • Makes educated admissions decisions regarding fulfillment of admission requirements and follow-up strategies • Protects the privacy of student accounts through compliance with federal student privacy law (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act) • Evaluates the academic records and documents of potential students for admission to APUS programs • Demonstrates skill in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other software applications used in Admissions • Resolves routine and escalated concerns with and on behalf of potential students in a professional, efficient manner • Maintains a productive working relationship with other University departments, such as Financial Aid, Fulfillment, Veteran and GI Bill assistance, Student Services and Marketing • Meets or exceeds performance goals and metrics as determined by department leadership • Keeps a professional appearance at all times • Adheres to assigned work schedule • Follows campaigns and follow-up strategies for student recruitment and enrollment • Performs other duties and assists with special projects as assigned by department leadership
