Job Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- 3 to 5+ years in sales leadership, managing quota-carrying AEs
- Deep network in EHS, safety, compliance, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, fleet, or construction
- Experience selling $100K+ ACV enterprise deals
- Proven ability to build teams, close executive-level deals, and create repeatable sales process

This role is to define and implement account/sale plans that develop and grow new and existing client relationships and opportunities for A&O IT service offerings, to secure profitable expansion to lines of business across specific key clients. - Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed expectations from India based customers. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. - Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. - Sales Process Management: Implement and oversee a structured sales process to ensure efficient lead generation, qualification, and closure. - Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction. - Negotiation: Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers to maximize revenue and profitability.
