Job Description
Senior Revenue Operations Consultant, German
Cremanski & Company – The Revenue Architects
• You design and implement Revenue Operations processes: pipeline management, forecasting rhythms, governance structures, and operating cadences. • You build reporting infrastructures that leadership teams actually use. • You translate business requirements into CRM logic (Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure data is clean, consistent, and decision-ready. • You lead revenue reviews, forecast calls, and QBRs, making them structured rather than ritualistic. • You work with multiple clients in parallel and independently manage priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (admin level) and/or HubSpot. You can independently build and document CRM architecture.
- Confident data skills: basic SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar), or structured Excel/Sheets proficiency.
- You have built operating rhythms and understand why a bad forecast meeting can cost more than no forecast meeting.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Benefits
- Flexible, trust-based working hours
- 30 days of vacation
- Modern office in Prenzlauer Berg (Berlin)
- Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, no internal politics
