Global Talent Acquisition Partner

• Own the full global recruiting cycle from role kickoff through offer negotiations, adapting approaches to local hiring norms and market practices across the US, Europe, and Israel. • Play a strategic role in shaping and continuously improving our global recruiting processes, ensuring they are scalable, inclusive, and fully aligned with our company culture and values. • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for diverse roles (Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering at all levels). • Provide expert guidance on recruiting best practices grounded in deep industry experience. • Partner closely with hiring managers, advising and coaching them throughout the recruiting lifecycle to ensure alignment, efficiency, and a great candidate experience. • Maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future needs, especially in full-stack engineering and technical sales. • Manage internal staffing and mobility, ensuring thoughtful internal movement and supporting promotion processes. • Lead our onboarding process, both strategically and operationally - including running new hire orientation and ensuring a smooth, engaging start for every new team member. • Assist team with general HR support, employee relations, team development, and people operations as needed. • Represent the company culture, delivering a consistent and positive experience for all candidates. • Contribute to process improvement, helping evolve our recruiting operations as the company scales. This includes implementing AI tools to ensure operational efficiency and focus on value based work.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English and Hebrew (required).
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including global hiring across Europe, Israel, and the US.
- Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple departments and seniority levels, with a strong focus on GTM and R&D.
- Strong understanding of global recruiting best practices and the ability to adapt to local customs and expectations.
- Experience advising and influencing hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Proven ability to design creative sourcing strategies for unique, hard-to-fill roles.
- Some experience in HR, people operations, or employee relations, with the ability to support the team in these areas.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural fluency, and a passion for building inclusive teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats in a scaling environment.
